How your art gets to you.
Shipping
Every piece ships from South Africa, packed flat or rolled in a sturdy tube. Orders leave the studio within 3 to 5 working days, and custom pieces ship once they are finished.
Shipping costs are shown on each piece and added at checkout. Pieces marked for South Africa only cannot be sent abroad.
Returns
If your piece arrives damaged, email within 7 days of delivery with a photo and it will be put right. Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can only be returned if they arrive damaged.
